Happy Dog Days Of Summer

I'd like to share with you, one of my favorite quotes from Mother Teresa.  Oh and maybe a few photos I've taken recently that make me happy. I'll be brief because it's the dog days of summer and I'm planning on enjoying each and every one of them. I hope you are too!

Happy dog = dog days of summer

"May today there be peace within.  May you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be."

"May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith in yourself and others."

"May you use the gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you."

"May you be content with yourself just the way you are."

"Let this knowledge settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.  It is there for each and every one of us."

From my home to yours
From my family to yours
From my heart to yours

I'm going up north to visit family and I may bring the picture of the Virgin Mary to get points with my father. :-) See Daddy I have nice friends.

Dreading the trip but it should make for some good blog fodder and photos.

Enjoy the rest of August. I am anxious for fall and soemthing under 100 degrees.

Oh, and we're about to jump into a major remodel job on our home. I keep having flashbacks to your remodel posts and I'm telling myself it'll all be worth it when it's over, right? LOL

Tia, I love the beach scenes you have captured...the sunset is amazing. Your wise words hit a sore spot in my unloving heart this morning....hubby reminded me that I need to be more forgiving and loving towards those who give me grief. He and Mother Teresa are right. Love is the better way, if not the easiest way to follow!

Just read your comments on my blog... thanks for the positive notes. "I am so following her," I told my self... when I read you live at the beach, in a beach house... a dream for me.... I wrote about such a subject in my post called 'Millionaire'... looking forward to photos, and more photos. :) Daphne
